The bits of you that are broken,
the bits of you that are damaged,

I want you to remember, you are not a broken thing.
Instead, you are a human full of incredible and wonderful experience,
made of the same things swords and diamonds are made of.

If I were to wager a guess, I’d say that everyone has faced challenges, damage, or trauma in some way—myself included. For a long time, I let my trauma define me and hold me back. The pain shaped every day and kept me trapped in a cycle of survival. Half of my life, I didn’t feel like myself. This shattered dreams, consumed my energy, and left me feeling lost. But ultimately, that journey brought me here.
It wasn’t until I discovered alternative and complementary therapies that I began to heal and reclaim my life. I owe my progress to incredibly supportive and intuitive practitioners, coaches, and therapists who showed me what was possible. Understanding how hard it can be to find the right support—especially for issues like mental distress, anxiety, chronic stress, and chronic pain—I became determined to explore and learn about complementary therapies.
At first, I used these methods on myself. I wanted to experience real results firsthand before sharing them with others. As my healing progressed, my family and friends began noticing the difference. Over time, I became so amazed by these therapies that I couldn’t stop sharing my experiences.
This passion for sharing grew into a mission to help others. I’ve seen too many people struggle with trauma, and too many unable to access the support they need. Some were unaware that alternatives even existed. Standing by helplessly was unbearable. Everyone deserves to heal and live the life they dream of, and sometimes it just takes the right guidance or a new perspective.
Today, I work as an award-winning Wellbeing Coach and holistic healing practitioner. Over the years, I’ve trained in a variety of modalities, including Flow Coaching, EFT, HeartMath, NLP, Hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation, and Reiki, and I integrate these into my approach. I focus on helping women reconnect with their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, sorting through chronic stress, chronic pain, and burnout to find healing.
Healing is a deeply personal journey, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. My role is to walk alongside you as a companion and guide, helping you explore what works best for you and supporting you as you create a vibrant, meaningful life.
